4: Monitor
Since many of the solutions involve changing behavior or
performance, it is important to monitor progress to ensure
success. Our professionals monitor behavior and
performance improvement to determine if an immediate
intervention is necessary or if you are making the
necessary changes to help you reach your goals.



5: Measure
A plan cannot be successful unless measures are put in
place to ensure that actions have impact. When we
develop your plan we also develop success measures.
